Magic Chocolate Button Pudding

I always keep a packet of chocolate buttons on standby to make this pudding! Its warm, comforting and full of melted chocolate - scum!

You Will Need

- 4oz Melted Butter

- 4oz Golden caster sugar

- 3oz Self raising flour

- 1.5oz Cocoa powder

- 2 Large eggs

- 2 tablespoons milk

- Capful of vanilla extract (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee

- 1 packed of Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons

Method:

- Preheat your oven to 180oc fan.

- Grease a 20cm dish / cake tin.

- Whisk together all of the cake ingredients until light and fluffy.

- Fold in the chocolate buttons, reserving a large handful for decorating.

- Pour the cake batter into the dish and smooth with a spoon, then decorate with your remaining choccy buttons. (A tip here is to sandwich each chocolate button with a second chocolate button, this increases the thickness so they melt rather than burn in the oven!)

- Bake for 25 minutes or until bouncy to touch.

- Serve warm! with cream / ice cream etc

Enjoy!
