Five Minute Flatbread

These 5 minute flatbreads are great for a quick snack and ideal to make at uni as you don't even need weighing scales! You could also make them into garlic bread by adding a chopped clove of garlic to the melted butter.

You Will Need:

- 1 mug of plain flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- pinch of salt

- 1/2 mug greek yoghurt

- 3 tablespoons melted butter

Method:

- In a bowl combine all the ingredients (except for the butter) then bring together with your hands to form a soft dough.

- Tip the dough out onto a floured surface and divide into 4, then roll out using your hands or a rolling pin.

- Brush one side of each flatbread with melted butter and warm your pan on a high heat.

- Place the flatbread in the pan, butter side down and cook for 2 minutes

- Whilst it is cooking brush the other side with melted butter and then flip and cook for a further 2 minutes.

- Serve warm with hummus or tzatziki.

Enjoy! X
