This is a delicious midweek meal idea that takes no longer than 12 minutes to chuck together! The shop-bought crab pate does most of the work for you, forming a fabulous crab infused sauce.

You Will Need (Serves 2)
- One tub of Waitrose crab pate or M&S crab pate
- 120g of spaghetti
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- Large handful of rocket
- Zest and Juice of one lemon
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- Flat leaf parsley (optional but lovely!)
Method:
- Cook spaghetti to packet instructions.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, drizzle over a little extra virgin olive oil to stop it from sticking, then toss in your pate, tomatoes, rocket, lemon zest and juice, along with a little pasta water.
- Season to taste with chilli flakes, sea salt and parsley then serve.
